• A proven understanding of engineering tools (CI/CD/Build/Jenkins/Kubernetes/Docker environment) relating to software development
• Excellent in influencing tools adoption with technical and people leadership skills
• Solid aptitude for learning new technologies
• Excellent oral and written communication to peers, product teams, management, and occasionally customers
• Guidance and mentorship to other engineers. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multi-functional and geographically dispersed teams
• Demonstrable ability to execute on long-range team and individual projects

• Excellent technical team leader and passionate about working in a dynamic environment
• Experience in developing complex applications or highly-scalable solutions end-to-end in SDLC
• Experience in Git & Gerrit SCM tools integrating with CI & CD
• Passion for quality and good software engineering practices
• UNIX, Perl/Python, Groovy
• Good programming skills in Java/C/C++ is added advantage
