What you will do: Integration and Configuration: Analyze, prepare, implement, and verify the configuration and integration of nodes, networks, and systems. This includes handling scenarios like introduction, upgrades, expansions, and improvements in functionality and capacity. Solution Delivery: Deliver solutions that enhance the customer s network in terms of capacity, functionality, end-user services, and overall competence. Identify Growth Opportunities: Identify opportunities for growth from maturing solutions, drive innovation, and monetize existing footprints by designing new solutions or offerings tailored to specific customer needs and accounts. Support Sales & Market Teams: Provide specialized support to internal market and sales organizations, acting as an expert on the solutions portfolio. Third-Party Integrations: Lead integrations with various third-party servers, including USSD, SMSC, Service Delivery Platforms, and Banks, ensuring smooth and seamless communication across platforms. Technical Requirements & Testing: Understand the technical requirements as outlined in solution documents. Conduct acceptance tests with customers to ensure solutions meet their needs and expectations. Reporting & Communication: Report the progress of assigned activities to the Solution Architect and Customer Project Manager (CPM). Ensure timely communication of any issues or concerns. Competence Development: Actively engage in competence development, continuously learning about new solution areas and seeking relevant certifications to enhance your expertise. The skills you bring: Mindset & Initiative: A positive, proactive mindset with hands-on delivery experience. Ability to understand end-to-end customer requirements, take calculated risks, and drive projects to completion. Willingness to Travel: Prepared to travel extensively as per business needs, ensuring that solutions are deployed successfully in customer environments. Customer Support Flexibility: Willingness to support customer activities across time zones and participate in night production activities when required. Technical Proficiency: Linux/Unix: Strong experience with Linux/Unix systems and command-line interfaces. Shell Scripting: Proficient in Shell Scripting for automation and system management. Networking: Understanding of TCP/IP, networking protocols, HTTPS, and SMPP. Cloud and Containerization: Experience with Kubernetes and Docker for deployment and troubleshooting containerized applications. API & Integration: Knowledge of XML APIs, integration practices, and managing data exchange between systems. Testing & Deployment: Exposure to System Integration Testing (SIT), executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases, and deploying application patches. Documentation: Proficient in drafting MOP (Method of Procedure), SOW (Statement of Work), SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and other relevant documentation. SSL/TLS Configuration: Knowledge of SSL/TLS protocols and their configuration for secure communications. Database Management: Experience with Oracle Database (e.g., purging, import/export, indexing, managing tablespaces) and PL/SQL for writing and troubleshooting queries. Mobile Financial Systems: Familiarity with Mobile Money, Mobile Wallet, Mobile Finance, or M-Commerce Systems (preferable). Why Ericsson?
