Position Title - Manager - Bussiness Development(Debt Syndication)
No. of Position - 1
Educational Qualification - MBA(Finance), MMS(Finance), BMS, BBA
Experience - 3 yr to 7yrs
Salary range - Open

Job Responsibilities

  • Meeting with Top Management(like CEOs, CFOs, COOs, Finance Heads, Promoters) of Small/Mid/Large companies to explore opportunities of partnering with them for Raising Funds via Debt, Equity route and closing such deals
  • Syndication of long- term and short- term debt for corporate customers.
  • Sourcing of High Value mandates
  • Maintaining and enhancingbusinessquality and relationships with Corporates, Banks and Financial Institutions.
  • Co-ordinating with the banker and client in order to ensure successful and timely disbursement of funds.

Qualification :
MBA(Finance), MMS(Finance), BMS, BBA
Experience Required :

3 to 7 Years
