• Average communication skills in English-Verbal/Written
• Excellent communication skill in regional language (Bengali, Kannada, Malyalam, Telugu, Tamil)
• Excellent Understanding about customer service & Technical support
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite, include Excel
• Comfortable for a Rotational Shift & Rotational offs
• Good Customer service & interpersonal Skills
• For Females- Shift timing would be 6 AM- 8 PM
• Good Typing Speed (25-30 w.p.m.)
