Greetings from Episeio Business Solutions based out of Bangalore. Episeio offers custom business solutions for clients Globally. We are looking to build a team of freelancing recruiters for IT & Non-IT hiring, across India.

• We are looking to hire Freelance HR Recruiters who are able to handle complete end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Identifying potential candidates and brief them about job description, responsibilities, eventually scheduling for further levels of interview and following up until placement.
• Database would be provided to get a head start.
• Additional responsibilities include sourcing candidates from social media & other job platforms.
• Updating job ads in LinkedIn & other free job boards to generate reach of suitable candidates.
• Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees

• Source potential candidates from various online platforms, social media & job portals
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms from website or job portals.
• Interview candidates via phone or video call
• Post job opening on the company's careers page, social media, job boards.
• Maintain a tracker of qualified candidates and update regularly to hiring partners.
• Prompt email response to queries on job offers, compensation and benefits

• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or a similar role.
• Freshers are also welcome to apply, training will be offered to get started.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
• Experience with Sourcing Techniques preferred.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• He/ She should be ready to work on a commission basis. No Fixed compensation, However, this role has huge earning potential with scope to be hired full time in the future.
• He/ She should have a Laptop/ PC, Android/IOS Mobile Phone, and a stable Internet Connection.
