Job Summary Description
  • To understand and also be able to define target business process design (BPDD) for Financial management end to end processes utilsing Oracle best practices
  • Provide Good understanding of Oracle e-Busines Suite(EBS) best practise implementation methodology and align any solution design and implementation accordingly
  • Configure EBS solution modules, interfaces and processes
  • Have experience in utilising DevOps tools to capture configuration, code, test planning, unit and integration test execution and experience of leveraging available automation tools where ever possible
  • Have ability to understand, design and deliver functional and technical specifications, to understand and support the data mappings for integration
  • Determine business roles and permissions and how to support them in EBS
  • Manage the target business process, configuration and program artetfacts within appropriate DevOps tools.
  • Devlop the release and deployment plan for delivering updates/patches/solution component enhancements
  • Support the testing team to identify the E2E test scenarios, develop test scripts and deliver fixes for the defects identified
Qualifications
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong understanding of ERP product(s), specifically Financials
  • EBS Financials experience preferred for EBS General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Oracle Projects and Fixed Assets or related Oracle ERP Financial Solutions for the same areas
  • Evidence of Functional/Technical background in Financials product area for configuration, solving errors, data corruptions, reports reconciliation and performance issues
  • Technical skills in any of the following are desirable: RDBMS, SQL, PL SQL, XML, Java, J2EE and Oracle ADF, SOA and Web Services
  • Understanding of structured SQL statements and how they are executed in the RDBMS (SQL/ PLSQL)

  • Exhibit effective analytical skills & organizational skills
  • Utility domain expertise
  • Good stakeholder management at all levels including C level

  • Seeks innovative ways to improve the process of delivering solutions to customers
  • Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions
