What your impact will be: Manage and administer the NetSuite ERP system, including user access, roles, and permissions. Perform routine system maintenance tasks such as data cleanup, record merging, and system configuration updates. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into NetSuite system configurations and workflows. Develop and maintain customizations, scripts, and workflows. Configure and maintain dashboards, reports, and saved searches to provide actionable insights for stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely resolutions. Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to integrate NetSuite with other systems and ensure data integrity and consistency. Stay up to date with NetSuite updates, releases, and new features, and proactively recommend system enhancements and optimizations. Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve data inconsistencies, system performance issues, and security vulnerabilities. Provide training and documentation to educate end-users on system functionality, best practices, and efficient utilization of NetSuite. What you will bring: 3+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator, including hands-on configuration and customization experience. Strong understanding of NetSuite core functionalities, including financial management, order management, and reporting. Proficient in Netsuite tools for customizations and workflow automation. Experience with NetSuite ERP implementations, including data migration, user training, and post-implementation support. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and provide end-user support. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Familiarity with other business systems and integrations, such as CRM systems and e-commerce platforms, is desirable.
