We are an established Australian MNC with our offices in Melbourne, Dubai, Kualalumpur and New-Delhi. We are establishing a new e-learning venture in India and looking for an enthusiastic & energetic intern to handle our community management activities.

We are looking for a person who is well-versed with community management and engaging users.

As our Community Management & Content Marketing intern you would need to work on creating engaging content for our community, promoting it on various social media channels and groups and getting users to sign up on the same.

What are your responsibilities?
You would be responsible for managing content & interaction on our membership network.

Creating content for the community

Creating engaging blogs around jobs and careers for the community

Community building and engagement
Build an online community for job seekers. This would primarily include reaching out to job seekers and engaging them on our platform:
- Posting engaging content on the community
- Starting stimulating discussions and keeping users engaged
- Following up with regular updates

Getting users to sign up on the community

Join various facebook and whatsapp groups, meetup groups and LinkedIn groups to promote our community and get users to sign up on the same

Online Relationship Building and Management

• Welcoming new users to the community
  
• To keep users engaged and coming back, you would need to build long-lasting relationships with them
  
• Replying to user queries and comments on the community forum as well as queries about the same on Social media
  
• Taking feedback from the users about the community experience
  

Content Writing Skills

Location: Our Indian office is based in New-Delhi but we have shifted to remote-working due to COVID-19.
