Job Description

• Installations and Upgrades
• Candidate should have some documented experience administering Microsoft Server operating systems, IIS and SQL server systems.
• MS Server OS, IIS, SQL Server Administration
• Migrations and Data Loads
• Candidate should have experience working withsetting up ODBC data sources and writing complex SQL scripts and views.
• ODBC data sources, SQL scripting and views.
• Report Writing
• Candidates should have documented experience writing custom reports using report design software. Experience with Telerik a big plus.

• Integrations
• Candidates should have experience setting up integrations with 3rd party systems using RESTful API. Bonus points if familiar with QAD QXTEND.

• Well qualified candidates will be familiar adhering to and enforcing SDLC methodologies, gathering requirements and writing technical specifications, design documents, instructions, guides, etc.

• Well qualified candidates will have some prior experience with enterprise quality management systems (EQMS) in manufacturing or life science industry verticals, either from a functional or supportive role.
• Communication and organizational skills
• Well qualified candidates will be able to exhibit strong communication skills both in person and remotely. Must be comfortable in customer-facing situations and talking to all levels of management or key stakeholders.

Formal Qualification :

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
