Job Description:

Responsible for entire recruitment life cycle (end-to-end recruitment): Sourcing candidates through various avenues-database, job sites, employee referrals, and mass mailing the candidates through various job portals.

Use effective resourcing strategies such as job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster), Job posting, Internet sourcing, employee referrals, cold calls, and direct mailing & resumes.
Prescreening/short-listing the qualitative profiles shared by the team against the given requirement.

Building deep partnerships with technical managers to understand their teams hiring needs, capabilities and knowledge requirement/gaps, business, and team dynamics.
Must have worked on IT positions.

Responsibilities:

  • Write and post technical job descriptions on various platforms.
  • Lead job and task analysis to document job responsibilities and requirements.
  • Source potential candidates on social media platforms.
  • Assess the abilities of the applicant by pre-screening calls.
  • Interview candidates consolidating different techniques.
  • Collaborate with IT team leaders to forecast the hiring needs and objectives of the department.
  • Salary negotiations, documentation, and hand-holding short-listed candidates.
  • Maintaining and updating recruitment dashboards

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate in Human Resources Management, IT, or relevant field.
  • Proven 1 to 6 years of recruiting experience and background as a Technical Recruiter.
  • Skilled in different interview formats.
  • Ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  • Outstanding technical knowledge of various sourcing techniques.
  • Great oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent understanding of HR practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Strong organization, Analytical multitasking skills, and good time management skills.
