Job Summary
We seek an enthusiastic, smart HR Recruiter Intern (Fresher) to join our HR team to support end-to-end recruitment activities.
It is an internship role for 3 to 6 months with a monthly internship of 10,000 INR/month. Duration of internship may be extended or absorbed by Enfin purely based on your performance.
Eligibility:
MBA (HR)
Key Responsibilities:
- Need to do daily outbound calls to identify prospective candidates.
- Active on LinkedIn and should be able to search and find the right candidates based on job descriptions.
- Screening the right candidate profiles from various sources like Naukri, Monster and other job portals.
- Coordinating with the candidates and interviewers to conduct the interviews hassle-free.
Key Skills:
- Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
