Job Summary

Designation: Switchboard Receptionist

Location: Noida, India (ONSITE)

Department: Reports to US HR

Timing: 6.30PM IST to 3.30PM IST (NIGHT SHIFT)


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Primary Tasks is to handle Incoming calls and direct them to the correct representative or Department.
  • Acceptable telephone etiquette. i.e. Interpersonal skills using tact, patience, and courtesy. (Very Important)
  • Operate the Switch board to give our Extensions and Emails (When necessary)
  • Providing Information about Emonics
  • Transmit vital messages updating Emonics representative or Department of any potential business or Escalation. Some Examples:
  • New Hires send to W2 Team
  • New Staff Hires send to HR Team
  • Employee Concerns sent to HR

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Must have Clear Spoken English (Call center Trained with Accent Preferred)
  • Must have good English Reading and written Capabilities. (Correct English usage, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and vocabulary)
  • Basic Office Skills (MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • Operating Centralized Telephone System.
  • Ability to:-
  • Be confidential and discreet with district information.
  • Operate a centralized telephone switchboard and/or system.
  • Analyze situations accurately and exercise good judgment in taking effective steps to notify persons or departments.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with the public and all employees.
  • Answer questions by telephone in a respectful manner.
  • Efficiently work with frequent interruptions.
