Job Summary To establish and maintain controls to monitor, manage and mitigate riskand undertake detailed risk and compliance reviews.Supervise call monitoring activity to ensure that it adheres to the lawsof various regulatory authorities in US and UK.To create and maintain the training database. To educate employees onmatters related to risk and compliance.To ensure the accuracy of data entered into the system by test checkingsampling of Mortgage applications.Co-ordinating with US Office for compliance related matters.Assisting in compliance with matters related to Indian Company Law andkeeping all secretarial records up to date all the times.Assisting in carrying out financial functions as and when required.An overall compliance role for US and UK procedures, with focus on risk management, corporate secretariial and finance responsibilites.Minimum Requirements

B.Com / CS / CS Inter / CA inter with 1-4 experience in particularly US COMPLIANCE activity.Experience of monitoring and regulating processes and operations complying to US compliance rules is required. BPO, Insurance or MNC Banking experience of min 1.5yrs required. Urgent requirement so mail CV in word format.
