Job Summary Regulatory Advisory, Develop relevant and suitable training programmes, Migration of Projects-Provide assistance on transitions and LOB Compliance in relation to projects being moved into the GKN-GRC, Regulatory Relationships-In conjunction with applicable functional Managers, liaise with local regulators, In coordination with Legal, review and assist execution of various standard and non-standard documentation, Develop templates and coordinate input from impacted functions for ensuring regular review and assessment of whether the local regulatory and LOB Compliance requirements are being metMinimum Requirements

Could be from the Compliance department of a MNC Investment Bank, Financial Services firmCould be from a law firm or legal department of a MNC financial services firm or Consultancy having exposure to cross-border issues and interaction with offshore clientsCould be an internal candidate with a strong legal/compliance background. Min 2-5yrs experience in relevant compliance related matters

Qualification

LLB, CA, CS
Experience Required :

2 to 6 Years
