1. Attend telephone calls, manage the EPBAX system. 2. Attend to visitors and manage front desk. 3. Email correspondence for online enquires and other transactions 4. Courier records and other inward/outward office document records. 5. Updating the Enquiries in Enquiry Register. 6.Maintaining records of Contacts, Calendars and arranging appointments 7. Taking Messages & giving feedbacks. 8. Standing as an Interface between Staff & Guests. 9. Updating Social Media Sites of company on regular basis. 10. Forwarding inward E-mails to concern departments 11. Ensure that customer feedback & requests are communicate back to seniors all the time. 12. Update & Maintain ISO Documentation of Technical Dept 13. Handle Facility Management at office premises. 14. Planning Daily Task
