Position Description & Responsibilities:
- Manage and implementcontinuous improvements in the Talent Acquisition strategy for the sharedservice centers in India
- Align with the globalTalent Acquisition practices of Emerson
- Plan and driverecruitment process based on business requirements; includes sourcing andscreening candidates, managing end-to-end recruitment process through theonboarding stage
- Coordinate with BusinessHeads, hiring managers and global engineering & IT leaders for theselection process and provide key metrics and analysis
- Drivingthe Campus strategy in partnership with various educational institutes tofacilitate hiring of Engineering Graduates and Interns
- Coordinate with Oracle,LinkedIn & Naukri teams for ensuring smooth process flow; manage vendorrelationships
- Proactivelywork in data analytics & market research, stay ahead of market andinterpret technology trends, provide meaningful insights to the team foracquiring right talent
- Collaborateclosely with hiring managers in recruiting planning meetings to understandtechnical requirements and provide status updates on recruitment needs
- Providedirection and manage a dynamic recruitment team of 4 5 members
- Participatein on-boarding and exit discussions, counselling and analysis
- Coordinate with otherEmerson entities for best practices
Requirements:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in TalentAcquisition
- 3 to 5 years ofexperience in managing a dynamic talent acquisition team
- Extensive experience inrecruitment operations with solid knowledge in Applicant Tracking Systems,recruitment tools, and various external sourcing channels. Oracle Recruit &LinkedIn hiring experience preferred
- Strong experiencedesigning and implementing various talent acquisition-related strategies and programs
- Multi-national andmatrix environment experience preferred
- Ability to influenceleaders positively in taking data based decisions of hiring
- Proficient in competencybased interviewing techniques
- Hands-on experience in maintaining& enhancing University Relations
- Strong written andverbal communication skills
- Ability to articulate avariety of issues and solutions to different audiences
