Job Summary

Job Description: Managing the projects to ensure smoothest execution through five major KPIs: Customer Relationship Management, Cost Management, Time Management, Risk Management & Man Management. Lead and own full responsibility of a complete DCS Project Cycle Starting from Sales Handover , KOM , Engineering , Procurement , Staging/Assembly , Customer FAT , Shipment , SAT , Handing Over & Closure . Active support during Project Bidding / Proposal stages to ensure optimized budget. Primary Duties and Accountabilities: Reconcile new orders and ensure that they are received in line with what was quoted. Report abnormalities to Sales team and seek appropriate corrections from the respective stake holder. Plan and execute project internal kick-off meetings for all orders and provide clarity to all internal stakeholders on customer requirements. Prepare Org Chart for a new project and lead the team for customer kick-off meeting. Ensure right specification and document approval are in place for entire Operations team to execute the orders. Track specifications changes and communicate to the internal stake holders and follow up for implementation. Provide periodic project summary and status reports to the concerned stake holders and Management. Monitor and review the progress at appropriate intervals based on the priority and delivery schedule. Record the discussion and circulate to the participants and other stakeholders. Ensure Zero LDs in all projects. Always thrust for GP improvement activities through Buy-out Cost reduction , Slim-Spec , Efficient Engineering efforts , Changed Order . Maintain cashflow with timely invoicing keeping all supporting documents ready well in advance. Matured and dignified communication (both written and verbal) with Customers and other stakeholders to build excellent professional relations and put highest priorities on future endeavour. Proactive approach to sort out all applicable legal aspects in a project like: Trade Compliance, Shipment formalities, Permanent Establishment Cost, Visa, Minimum Wages requirement etc. Develop LBPs for independent or minimum-support execution in future projects. Project closure with proper handing over report, lesson learnt and enhancement of GEC reference Libraries. Required Skills: B. Tech. / B.E. (ECE, EEE, I&C, E&I, Mechanical). PMP certification or MBA degree is an added advantage. Automation Industry experience is a must. Power industry will be an added advantage. Project Management, Coordination, Execution experience as Project Lead for minimum 5 projects. Excellent communication skills with strong proficiency in written and spoken English. Strong organization and planning skills. Ability to effectively present information and respond to queries from groups of managers, clients, and customers. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ready to take travelling assignment. Thorough knowledge on different Shipment terms.
