Job Summary

Maintain a database of budgeted positions viz-a-viz current status, nos of vacant positions and work towards them.
Preparing job descriptions.
Posting Advertisements
Sourcing CVs through Email / job portals / social media
Screen resumes and should be able to conduct interviews.
Collect documents from employees as per standard checklist.
Responsible for planning and ensuring systematic induction for all new employees.
Coordinate and manage a wide range of employee engagement activities on regular basis.
Organize and facilitate the monthly quarterly half yearly yearly staffing reviews.
Support the various functions during the on-boarding of new joiners to ensure the orientation process is properly complete.
Graduate in any discipline from a reputed university

Minimum 6 yrs experience in Overseas recruitment / outsourcing of white & blue collar manpower with a reputed Recruitment Agency,
Expert in resolving Employees issues / disputes within company frame work
Good exposure in ESIC EPF Bonus, leave, welfare, labor compliance.
Excellent in internal recruitment
Excellent in MS office especially in Advance Excel
Dynamic & presentable with excellent communication & negotiation skills,
Ability to organize skills assessments (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
