Job Summary As a Senior Paid Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid advertising, client management, and a proven track record of driving successful campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy and Management: Develop and execute paid marketing strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and others. Manage and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, including keyword research, audience targeting, bid management, and ad copy creation. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders. Manage budgets, track spending, and ensure campaigns stay within allocated budgets. Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction with campaign results. Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss campaign performance, strategies, and recommendations for improvement. Provide expert advice on paid marketing best practices and stay updated on industry trends to drive continuous improvement. In-House Marketing: Lead the development and execution of in-house paid marketing initiatives to promote company services and achieve business growth. Collaborate with the internal marketing team to align paid marketing efforts with overall marketing goals and strategies. Test new marketing channels and strategies to identify new opportunities for lead generation and customer acquisition. Team Collaboration and Mentorship: Work closely with the creative, content, and development teams to create compelling ad assets and landing pages. Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and campaign management capabilities. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in paid marketing with a focus on PPC, social media advertising, and display advertising. Proven track record of managing and optimizing successful paid marketing campaigns with measurable results. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and client management skills, with experience in presenting campaign performance and strategy recommendations. Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, etc. Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail. A proactive and results-oriented mind set with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
