Job Description Understanding the Vehicle/system/functional requirements Developing system level test scenario and guide the team to test the requirement Defining and implementing system test strategies for multiple ADAS sensors. Periodic review of all projects to ensure quality on track and reporting to management & Stakeholders Developing Test infrastructure, automation Framework and tool competency Support in department level planning activities and project acquisition Customer Engagement and Satisfaction delivery to Cost, Quality, and Schedule Anticipate E/E software architecture trends in the automotive market to derive and define the SW system test roadmap for ADAS Strategic Business Unit. Closely align the roadmap with the Tech and Innovation Lead Analyze and define system test strategies for products involved/hosted on the Multi Domain Controller and CX Skill Requirements: Domain knowledge on automotive embedded tests preferable for ADAS area Good knowledge on advanced technologies applicable for ADAS area (HiL, SiL etc.) Experience with Vector tool chain - Vtest, canoe, canape etc. Testing framework development experience with HIL or Sil (eg- dSPACE/Vector) Automation experience in C#, Python, CAPL Should have worked with CAN, Ethernet, and Some IP Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of Leading team Technically Ability to learn and adapt to evolving tools and technologies Overview on ISO26262/ASPICE standards Experience with version management and repository tools (like Rational ClearQuest, ALM, SVN, DOORS. GIT etc. Experience with test management tool IBM-RQM Process and Technology: Support corporate functions for process implementation, lessons learned, optimization & improvements Knowledge on Configuration Management, Requirement Management & Defect Tracking tools Create technological innovation (including patents) strategy, drive & knowledge management Qualifications Bachelors/Masters in Electronics & Communications/Electronics/Electrical/Computer engineering Additional Information Experience band: 9-13 years Experience with simulation tools MATLAB, Carmaker, VTD etc. Awareness of ADAS general safety regulation (GSR), NCAP, legal requirements related to automotive industry and vehicle safety Knowledge on CI / CT, Jenkins s frameworks will be added advantage Ability to work with diverse teams Logical, Analytical and Debugging/Problem-Solving skills. Strong Experience & Ability to dive deep in the automotive technical domain
