The Bare Essentials Experience - More than 2 years in a Graphic Designer role Education: Graduate from a reputed design school Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe CC Areas of experience: Branding, Packaging Design and Printing Preferred Skills Intuition and Adherence: Needs to have an intuitive understanding of design processes with the proven ability to create out-of-box ideas. A proactive approach towards grasping new design briefs while also incorporating necessary feedback will go a long way. Team Player: Should be able to work with other team members in the spirit of creative co-operation, facilitating mutual learning and growth. Communication: Able to communicate one s ideas cogently, clearly and effectively both in spoken and written formats. While a multi-lingual background is ideal, core competency in English is a must. We are interested in individuals that possess a creative fire, backed by the drive to match and exceed industry standards of excellence. As designers, a sense of curiosity is must while passionate is something that cannot simply a buzzword in your resume.
