Job Description

  • Conversion of orders for web design, website development & web application development.
  • Business development through contacts, meetings, emails, cold calling & references.
  • Building client relationship and being a point of contact for the clients to our company.
  • Candidate must have good communication skills as the job involves presentations, conferences and other sales pitches.
  • Candidate must be proficient in microsoft office, power point any other standard software related to sales and marketing.
  • Lead generation, follow up, negotiation and consultative discussions with clients to finalize the closure.
  • Have to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
  • Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings through online, phone social networks. Also identify obtain further sales.
  • Role requires travel mainly within the city to meet clients/prospects and may also include outstation travel if the client is based outside NCR.
  • Responsible for pitching clients through online bidding.
  • Proposal drafting, follow-up, requirement gathering, link between the development team the client.
  • The role is incentive based with commercial objectives.

Required Skills

  • MBA With excellent Communication skills, good negotiation skills and good analytical skills.
  • The applicant should be self driven and goal oriented.
