Job Summary
Education:
Graduation, MBA from Premier institutions preferred.

- Ability to travel to campuses and on-site locations
- Prior technical recruitment experience a must
- Candidate and Talent Management experience a must
- Someone who understands product company and it competitors.
- Has worked on varied skill sets - Technical, R&D, Business, Corporate and Data Sciences.
- Strong persuasive attitude, and follow-up skills
- Ability to get work done
- Experience in hiring top level executives is a must
- Mature, disciplined, works with minimal or no supervision, and has a dignified composure.
- We will appreciate a good sense of humor as well :)
Responsibilities:
TA Consultant as HR Business Partners, who:
- Will team up with the BU Heads and Leaders in requirements assessment and Job Boiler plates.
- has handled Technical / Product Development hiring
- Worked on ATS
- Works directly with the Global HR Head and provides necessary management metrics and reports
- Speaks diligently with the recruitment partner (Vendors), follows-up with the internal hires and builds strong
- relationships with the existing employee base.
- Global level hiring, and cross-cultural management.
