Position/Title: Director Digital Marketing
Eka, is growing rapidly, and is on track to double revenues in two years. We are in need of a Director of Digital Marketing to join our team in Bangalore, India. This role will report to the CMO/VP. The leader will own the overall demand generation through channels including SEM, SEO, ABM campaigns, and events. Additionally, the leader will also own marketing operations and marketing technology. Primary Responsibilities Oversee paid search (SEM) and display advertising marketing channels across Adwords, retargeting and other pay-per-click (PPC) platforms. Plan, setup & execute the demand generation programs to generate new leads and increase pipeline velocity through paid marketing campaigns across Google, Bing, Youtube, etc. Optimize account & campaign performance through detailed analytics, hypotheses testing, and experimentation.
Education & Skill set
- 10+ years in B2B digital marketing.
- Prior experience in hyper-growth SaaS company (preferred).
- Deep understanding of the US or global market, including connections to relevant partners, full knowledge of local compliance, cultural and market trends. Experience in building and leading teams to deliver their KPIs. Ability to analyze and think strategically around audience segmentation, targeting, and brand positioning.
- Strong story- telling skills, with a proven record. of engaging with C level stakeholders, conducting executive presentations etc
- Analytical orientation world-class analytical skills including marketing measurement and optimization.
- Working knowledge of key digital business practice areas, and expertise in Search Engine Marketing, SEM, Social Media, User Experience and more.
- Proactive self-starter, highly detail oriented.
- Tremendous energy and drive; desire and creativity to continuously improve and push the bar higher.
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree required; MBA is a plus.

Design and execute end-to-end digital marketing and content strategy to support demand generation and branding goals of the organization.
Work with various stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of campaigns and deliver related ROI.
Leverage cutting-edge tools in the market to deliver highly accurate analytics and actionable insights
Content
- Leverage the digital content creation team to create and manage lifecycle of all marketing collaterals including thought leadership materials, product support documents, website and social media content.
- Strategize, execute monitor and fine tune content marketing campaigns, evaluate effectiveness of content.
Digital Marketing
- Social Media: Design and execute strategy for better reach, relevance and ranking, execute organic and paid demand generation campaigns
- Online Media: Design and execute campaigns to support both brand and demand generation with tactics like Adwords, Media advertising, Blogs, 3rd party channels among others
- Website and SEO: Ensure high technical performance of the website both on desktop and mobile platforms, design and execute a focused SEO strategy to ensure high/relevant web traffic as well as keyword authority. Run website related campaigns like retargeting and push notifications to support both branding and demand generation. Ideal candidate would come with a strong hands-on experience of on-page optimization and best practices around the same.
Demand Gen Campaign Support
