Job Description:

Patent Analyst Internship:

• We are looking for candidates who are technically strong and is interested in patent Anayst Intern position.
• Permanant psition will be offered based on performance during the internship period and vacancy available.
• Educational qualification should be from a background of BE/ME/Btech/Mtech -ECE/Mechanical/EEE/Aeuronotical/CSE/Automobile etc (2018/ 2019 passouts)

Patent Drafting/Patent Search:

• Write patents both provisional and Non-provisional patents as per USPTO guidelines.
• Expert in patent analytics mainly Landscapes, Invalidations,FTOs ,Market Research and Infringement Extensive experience in creating claim charts on technology products.
• Drafting response to office actions.
• Should be expert in the IP field. Detailed knowledge of European and US Patent Law.
• We required process mined professional with an analytical mind.
• Education qualification or Work experience in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Automobile/ Aeronautical, IT/ Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics domain.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Should be expert in the IP field. Detailed knowledge of European and US Patent Law. We required process mined professional with an analytical mind. Preference to candidates who have worked in similar positions

Qualification:

Graduate / Post-Graduate form a reputed institute. Ability to work with others in a team environment Excellent written and oral communication skills
