• Design and develop security policies and architecture.
• Investigate and assess security solutions for protecting critical business assets on premise and in 3rd party environments.
• Deploy and administer security software solutions as needed (such as antivirus software, encryption management, internet filtering and reporting software, email security software, vulnerability
• scanning software.
• Investigate cyber security incidents including root cause analysis, gaps and remediation activities required.
• Work with clients and tools vendors to address all security related issues.
• Meet service level agreements regarding response time and customer notification.
• Coordinate security investigations based on internal procedures.
• Assist customers or facilitate the implementation of protective and mitigating security controls as required.
• Meet service level agreements regarding response time and customer notification.
• Perform manage, add, change, delete operations in the security tools.
• Assess information security risks of new projects and non-standard IT requests using risk assessment methodologies based on provided architecture.
• Coordinate cross-functional team meetings to remediate previously identified security risks and close out pending action plans.
• Interact with internal and external customers on security-related projects and operational tasks.
• Participate in 24x7 Information Security Response team.
• Analyze current threats and configure SIEM to detect them.
