Job Summary
Qualification : MBA Marketing
Job Responsibilities
- Involving in Market Segmentation and targeting the customers group by developing the appropriate strategies
- Gathering Customer Requirements, Processing & odder execution
- Handling customer complaints and taking corrective/preventive actions
- Customer Feedback collection, analyzing and updation of the conclusions to the concerned
- Doing Competitor products analysis
- Maintains Post-delivery relations with the customers
- Periodical analysis of the product enhancements by competitors and giving the inputs to design team
- Regular data maintenance and generation of MIS reports
- Need to go on ON Duty as per the business requirement to the concerned location
Eligibility
- Male candidates with MBA Marketing - Fresher
- Ready to travel & work anywhere in India
- Ready to sign 2.5 years service agreement with the company
- Freshers are preferred
