Job Summary
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are aligned with the organisation's goals and values.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Recruit, screen, and hire new employees, and oversee the on-boarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disputes, and performance management.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
  • Develop and implement employee training and development programs to support career growth and performance improvement.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as employee turnover, recruitment success rates, and training program effectiveness.
  • Lead and manage the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services to the organisation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives and achieve organisational goals.
