Role: Key Account Management - Regional Manager
Role description (KRA)
_x008f_ Primarily responsible for new acquisition of premium schools and group schools
from the designatedterritory,
_x008f_ Responsible for revenue generation from the sales ofproducts and through renewals.
_x008f_ Build and maintain excellent relationship with schools. Bring to notice anybest
practice/adverse issue at the school to the seniors.
_x008f_ Work towards creating excellent relations with the schools by giving presentations to eachof
the stakeholders (management, principal, teachers, parents, students) in the school.
_x008f_ Ensure that all services promised are delivered and ensure that the schools use this efficiently.
Ensure that the response time to schools is veryhigh.
_x008f_ Ensure that MIS are maintained according to company requirements. Utilize all necessary
internal resources efficiently to get the desired outcome.
_x008f_ Gather and manage competitor intelligence. Develop and maintain great rapport with other
team members within sales as well as other Departments
_x008f_ Share market learnings with Product and Marketing teams
_x008f_ To ensure profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution andmanagement
of a supportive team.
_x008f_ Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
_x008f_ Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
_x008f_ Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings.
Qualifications / Requisites:
_x008f_ Any Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA(Marketing)
_x008f_ 3-5 years of experience in Direct Sales / B2B Sales / Educational Sales
_x008f_ Strong Interpersonal and negotiation skills.
_x008f_ Excellent Communication skills
_x008f_ Willingness to travel extensively
_x008f_ Available to join immediately / 30 Days notice
