Job Summary

Principle Accountabilities:

Organizeand maintain scheduled workflow operationsbetween allmanufacturingcomponents ofproduction(aftercutting to packaging) as pertheshipment orders.
Create and distribute work orders to team members in different operation work divisions.
Schedule meetings with in-house and out-house professional artists and fabricators to determine day-to-day work progress including supervisors.
Review master productionschedules and work orders to determine order priorities.
Coordinate with procurement department and store manager regarding production.
Supervisionof quality-control checks at theproductionend.
Provide non-technical support and guidance to the supervisors & junior productionstaff.
Process sample request for customers and place orders into productionby pulling samples.
Monitor products (i.e. leatherbags, wallets and other accessories)andensured proper packaging.
Assure proper operation and assembly of line product and packaging, keeping record log of all products movements as per the shipment need.
Maintain inventory of packaging materials and other confidential files.
Maintain up to date and accurate information in both hard copies and electronic formats.
Manage allproductionand operational work following properquality andsafety procedures.
Communication with production manager,directors and all relevantregarding production and operation issues wheneverrequired.

Required Skills: Well conversant in Ms Office- Excel, Word, Power point

Qualification :
Degree/Diploma from FFDI/NIFT with relevant experience in production

Experience Required :

Minimum 3 Years
