Job Summary

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Inventory Management-Stock Forecast, storage and new orders. Stock Management for the gifting team and Ecommerce Platforms.
  • Order management Tracking Bulk orders and deliveries and reconciling with the stocks.
  • Handle the sales on E-comm websites.
  • Handling Content Management, Product listing
  • Handling Packages
  • Tracking settlements from the E-comm Websites.
  • Manage the E-comm Desk sales, Fulfillment sales and management and manage the requirements of the gifts team.
  • Setting up Promotions/ Coupons/ Ads/ Deals
  • Needs to check from manufacturing to sales cycles.
  • Feedback and Review Management
  • Continual refine and optimize the customer experience through to purchases and to improve conversion rates.
  • Ensure fraudulent transactions are regularly reviewed and appropriate settings are made to fraud prevent techniques.

Required Skills:

  • Inventory Management, experience in listing, shipping, ad optimisation.
  • Understanding the basic of e-commerce Marketing & Sales.
  • Experience of content management system on e-commerce marketplace.
  • Knowledge of increasing sales and traffic to product
  • Financial accounting procedures (profitability, ROI)
  • Proven record in developing successful ecommerce programs and sales
  • Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize.
  • Strong time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • High attention to accuracy and details
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across different stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
