Job Summary:
A business development executive, who can generate business requirements and meet business revenue expectations through hunting in global market with various resources and understanding the needs of market, sending RFP and RFQ and he should be able to negotiate and build customer relations to achieve the desired targets. He should have in depth knowledge of Non- Voice BPO industry
Job Duties:
- Contacting New/Existing customers to understand their requirements and their expectations.
- Negotiate on price and discuss on service agreement.
- Provide solution according to clients needs.
- Acquiring new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build strong network/relationship with international clients.
- Post proposal follow-up with client.
- Exploring new areas and scope of business development.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Candidate must have strong knowledge to understand client s requirements & also be able to give web presentation to them.
- 1 2 years of working experience in International sales
- MBA/PGDBA in Marketing / International sales from reputed institute.
- Technical academic background like BCA / B.Sc. (Computers) / B.Tech. (Computers) / GNIIT, etc. is a must.
- Excellent verbal communication especially confident in understanding American accent.
- Having good communication, proven presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Salary: Salary no bar for deserving candidate.
