  • Generate leads from filed activity.
  • Approach customers through cold calling
  • Maintain a pipeline of sales and prospective leads
  • Achieve volume targets and other targets assigned for each month
  • Convince customers by explaining the USP -Objection handling and negotiation with customers and close sales
  • Possess professional approach and excellent presentation skills
  • Networking and building relationship with industry people
  • Identify and network with Architects, Builders, Interior designers and Property developers
Minimum qualification requirement
  • Required - Field Sales skill with 1+ years experience
  • Required - Located in Chennai

    Required - Good command over English
