Job Summary
Qualification : Any Graduate
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process and tasks
- Support the maintenance and organization of employee records and documents
- Help in updating and managing employee information on the HRMS (Human Resource Management System).
- Generating and preparing relevant reports/data as and when needed.
- Address employee inquiries related to HRMS
- Assist in the transition process of shifting from existing HRMS to new HRMS
- Help in setting up birthday, anniversary emailers
- Assist with various day-to-day HR operations tasks as required.
Qualification : Any Graduate
Experience Required :
Minimum 1 Year
