Job Summary Job Description Ecolab is providing an exciting opportunity to join our Commercial Digital Solutions team as a Manager. This role will focus on digital technologies & platforms to enable & support our Industrial Sales & Service organization globally. The Manager will be a key member of the team, assisting with technology evaluations & selection, extending of platforms to meet business requirements, & collaborating with internal & external teams to ensure for optimal solution development. Main Responsibilities:
  • Should be accountable for the overall deliverables of MS Dynamics CRM practice from EDC.
  • Should be able to work with Business groups to understand the functional expectations, produce solutions and documentation.
  • Should be able to conceptualize and design solution, independently estimate, lead and validate estimates by the teams for the overall project.
  • Provides overall delivery leadership working with Business, BAs, Tech leads, Developers, QAs and other related teams to clarify requirements, execute end to end implementation and meeting the timelines.
  • Should be able to conduct code review, design validation and other related governance activities
  • Should be able to own team, develop work plan and task assignment to team, own any functional/technical impediments of team and help troubleshoot/resolve.
  • Participate in the Scrum process activities including: Sprint Planning and Estimating sessions, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Demos and Sprint retrospectives.
Basic Qualifications:
  • 12+ years experience working in an IT environment
  • 6+ years strong experience in CRM domain (preferably MS dynamics 365, Salesforce etc) implementation and managing Delivery.
  • Good to have strong experience in integration technologies including SQL Server & KingswaySoft to connect internal & third-party systems.
  • Experience using Microsoft Azure Dev Ops, MS Visual Studio and MS SQL server, is a plus.
  • Experience using agile development methodology to conceptualize and deliver software.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Good customer interfacing skills.
  • Work with team to influence proper standards for development, governance, and operational life cycle.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in a technical area or equivalent.
  • Experience with CRM preferably MS Dynamics, Azure, Project management, driving scrum processes etc.
