Job Summary Summary As the RPA Developer you are responsible for producing supporting documentation to transition the process into next stage of delivery and bringing understanding of business process/robotics to support development/testing during delivery. Design and develop robotic process automation solutions, analyze business process and identifying automation opportunities and assess automation feasibility.
  • Project Evaluation for Best candidate for Automation(API or RPA) based on Resources, Risk, Timelines & Ease of implementation.
  • Identify and design appropriate automation workflows.
  • Develops new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, easy to understand and as per the defined requirements.
  • Complies with and helps to enforce design and coding standards, policies and procedures.
  • Ensures quality of coded components by performing thorough unit testing.
  • Works collaboratively with test teams during the Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality.
  • Reports status, issues and risks to tech leads on a regular basis.
  • Good analytical skills to improvise configuration/scripting to match new situations.
  • Deliver technical training, demos, blueprints and provide necessary support for new/existing stakeholders.
  • Ensures documentation is well maintained.
  • Self-motivated, team player, action and results oriented.
  • Well organized, good communication and reporting skills
Required Qualification
  • Bachelor s degree in business administration or Technical.
  • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience using Visual Studio, C#, .Net, VB.NET, C++, JavaScript, or VBScript.
  • Should have hands on in Core Java, Java & J2ee.
  • Have built MVC based Web Application Using JSP/Struts framework
  • Familiarity with JavaScript/ Node JS
  • Develop robust, secure, scalable, API solutions to drive business objectives
  • Good Knowledge of OOPS concepts, and Spring 3.x, Spring Dependency Injection (IOC, MVC, JDBC, JMS, etc) and Hibernate
  • Good Knowledge of implementing JMS messaging services, HTML5,CSS and JavaScript
  • Backend developer with proven experience with API development
  • Awareness about the concept of REST/SOAP API
  • Ability to write SQL.
  • Basic Knowledge and understanding about Cloud technologies is must
  • Uipath skills
    • Design, code, test automation workflows using UiPath
    • Verifying and leveraging appropriate UiPath components: Robots, Studio, Orchestrator
    • Provide solution design s to customers throughout the deployment of new deals, during POCs and project implementation phase.
    • Make changes to the robot code during implementation as needed
    • Understanding of workflow-based logic and hands on experience with RE-framework Min: 2 Years
    • UiPath Advanced Developer Certification is a must.
    • Mandatory Devops Knowledge, Experience on Version Control (GIT, Teams etc.)
    • Coding knowledge in python, ML, AI programming is preferable.
    • Excellent software development background with any of the following (C#, C++, Java, .NET) is a plus
    • Domain knowledge in Supply Chain is a plus
    • Experience working on other RPA tools/vendors is a plus
