We are looking to add to this talent pool a Senior Analyst Python Automation expert who will process to rectify defects or implement new functionalities in existing automations.

The Ideal Experience Map:

Overall 2 to 5 years of Python Automation experience involving Python/Selenium/Dot Net based designing automations technologies

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design SQL, MS-Access, Excel macro , Python/Selenium/Dot Net based automations as per process requirements
• Liaise with requestors and senior stakeholders of all processes to gather automation requirements
• Proactively identify ways to overcome technical challenges in automations
• Work with processes to rectify defects or implement new functionalities in existing automations
• 80% bandwidth to be utilized on automation design and development
• 20% bandwidth to be utilized on reporting and sustaining activities

Technical and Functional Skills:

• Candidate should possess following technical skills:
  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL,VBA & MS Access
  • Intermediate knowledge of Python/Selenium Web driver/Dot Net ( if we find this skill set then only VBA in above is optional else will decide based on profiles short listed hence keeping both for now)
  • Advanced Excel & Macros
• Problem Solving and Interpersonal Skills

• Effective in working independently and collaboratively in teams with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to represent ideas in conceptual block diagram and converting the same into final schematics and project completion capabilities
• Lead team members to define and deliver projects including scope, approach, deliverables, milestones and detailed work plans
• Review and manage team performance, directly supervise developers, set direction, coordinate and evaluate team performance
• Communicate effectively, verbally and written, with team members, peers, manager, business users and company leadership
• Good team player, able to balance the needs of stakeholders and IT, and able to manage internal IT conflicts and demands as needed
• Effectively engage and work with a global team

General skills that will boost your eligibility:

Exposure to Front-end developing, Database knowledge, Programing languages. Should be able to understand multi-process architecture, Web frameworks
