The Ideal Experience Map:

Minimum 5 Years of experience in drafting confirmations of Fixed Income products

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Good knowledge of drafting confirmations of vanilla and exotic products
• A good team player who understands the need of the team and contribute
• Manage workflow queues efficiently and ensure confirmations are drafted in line with agreed timelines
• Lead discussions with internal teams (FO / MO / Legal / Negotiations etc (as appropriate) to resolve discrepancies and other issues
• Manage mailbox effectively and ensure emails are responded/actioned within agreed timeframes
• Resolve team queries and ensure relevant queries are routed to client for resolution
• Develop domain expertise in the team through ongoing training and cross-training session
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements

Functional Skills:

• In-depth understanding of Fixed Income products, listed below Vanilla (Fixed-Float Swap, Basis Swap, Cross Currency Swaps, Forward Rate Agreement, Swaptions, Swaption Straddle, Caps, Floors, Collars, Straddles, MTM Swaps, Inflation Swaps, Non-Deliverable Swaps, Overnight Index, Structured (CMS OneLook, CMS MultiLook, Muni Discrete, Cancellables, Bond Options, Cash Settled Bonds, Range Accruals, Zero Coupon Swaps, Volatility Swaps/Forwards, Total Return Swaps)
• Strong understanding of ISDA document and framework
• Flexible team player able to work across different time-zones and cultures
