Job Summary
Skills / Experience Required
- Perform quality audits of voice & non-voice interactions for global clients
- Identify value-add opportunities in existing processes to improve customer experience
- Learning from the second-level quality audits and provide recommendations for improvement across daily audits
- Ensure established processes are implemented across projects
Required Expertise:
- Proficient inCantonese language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of conducting process audits
- Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge
- Understanding of web technologies and cable setup
Eligibility Requirements:
- Graduate (Fresher/Experienced) with a minimum of 1 year - 7 years of experience
- Flexibility to work in Night Shifts (rotational shifts, graveyard shifts)
