Understand customer needs and requirements. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas. Research accounts identify key players and generate interest. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals. Perform effective online demos to prospects. Map potential customers across the territory and generate leads for the organization.
Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products of EC-Council.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company s customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market. Achieves the budget revenue and profitability quotas for all EC-Council s training & certification. Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Maintains sales productivity by mentoring and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Manages accounts and develops strong customer relationships.
Performs timely business anticipation and sales tracking. Achieves Sales objectives by identifying markets and market shifts. Identifies new opportunities, implements change, resolves issues, gathers competitive information and identifies trends that affect current and future growth of sales and profitability of EC-Council. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE MBA/Technical graduate degree preferred.
6-12 years of relevant techno-sales experience. Training/ Educational/ IT industry experience is a must. Understanding of B2B marketing is a must. Good understanding of cyber-security market trends and related technologies shall be considered as an added advantage. Excellent and accent neutral oral and written communication in English language
