Job Summary

Responsibilities

Create holistic design solutions that address business, brand, and user requirements
Work with web developers and engineers to deliver final products
Play an UX advocate role for entire organization. Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences and Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces, Create new functions and features
Meeting clients and running workshops to find best solutions for their products
Work closely with the business team to develop user scenarios, storyboards, and high-level requirements

Requirements:

A solid grasp of user-centred design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns
Passionate about resolving user pain points through great design
Proficient in design softwareandKnowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
Retail, eCommerce Digital design agency/studio experience

Tools Knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

BA/BS degree in graphic design, design communication, human-computer interaction, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
7+ years of experience in UX designer industry experience (software, web, mobile or agency)

Remote and On-site (as and when needed India, GCC, Africa)
