Sr. Ui/ux Designer Job in Ebizon
EbizON is looking for a Sr. UI/UX Designerhaving overall 3 - 7years of experienceto join our team in Dehradunoffice.
The ideal person for this position has an excellent design sense, an eye for detail, and creativity to bring out the best of designs with business appealand usability. Experience in designing mobile applications is a plus.
You love to collaborate with designers, engineers, project managers, and bring out the design experience that delights.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute client vision Work with clients and internal stakeholders to understand the assignment, audience and intended message. Communicate design ideas and prototypes to internal and other stakeholders. Conceptualise and create wireframes, designs, and prototypes around customer needs, and in a unified brand consistent way. Consult with team members as needed and revise projects when necessary based on feedback.
- Design and detail Design and select graphics, clip art, and photography as needed. Choose fonts for written copy and manufacture samples of layouts for approval by the client.
- Participating in all phases of the software development life cycle.
- Working independently with high-level direction.
- Working with a global team across multiple time zones.
- Reviewing team members work to ensure high quality.
- Coaching junior team members.
- Managing client communications for the design phase, explain / present work done and getting sign-off from clients.
- Keep updating with competitor products and industry design trends.
- Managing design repository of projects.
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design, or a related discipline is highly preferred
- Proven experience as a UI and UX Designer (3- 7years of experience).
- Strong portfolio of design projects.
- Familiarity with eCommerce websites.
- Familiarity with the style guideline, latest user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies.
- Proficient in AdobeXD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and modern design tools (e.g. Sketch, Zeplin, Canva, Befunky, Glorify etc.)
- Possess advanced knowledge of web and mobile UX/UI; can understand complex design systems and apply to screens.
- Manage time across multiple projects and tasks in a team environment.
- Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently on an assignment and as a member of a team.
