Eaton India Innovation Center (EIIC)s Finance team is looking for This leadership position, has the overall responsibility to manage the financial performance of EIIC sites including month close, variance analysis, compliance, providing financial insights and agreed upon business metrics and to Provide leadership, manage activities and resources for EIIC Finance and Facilities. Further, grow and develop strong technology Finance and Facility team as per the strategic roadmap

1) Provide leadership, manage activities and resources for EIIC Finance and Facilities. Further, grow and develop strong technology Finance and Facility team as per strategic roadmap.
2) This leadership position has the overall responsibility to manage the financial performance of EIIC sites including month close, variance analysis, compliance, providing financial insights and agreed upon business metrics.
3) This role is a key Business Partner working closely with Engineering Directors and divisional Finance Controllers to provide forward-looking insights to drive management decisions, actions and improve operational and financial results. It provides proactive leadership around issues and opportunities with a solutions-oriented approach.
4) The Manager provides technical competency to ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, various accounting policies (US GAAP) and internal controls (SOX) and SEZ compliance. Deliver & promote an effective internal control environment and build organizational capability.
5) This position is responsible for building organizational capability within the finance & facilities functions by hiring and developing strong talent to ensure a best in class organisation.
6) This position needs to develop and implement the long-term and short-term financial plan for EIIC growth.

Qualifications

Finance and Accounting degree or international equivalent (CA/CPA/Management Accountant)
Minimum of 15 years of financial & accounting domain experience in a multinational corporation

Ability to interface and support operational finance teams
Sound working knowledge of GAAP, Sarbanes Oxley and local statutory requirements
Experience with managing people and multiple business sites
Knowledge & understanding of corporate, region/division and plant reporting policies
Technical capability to prepare, analyze and interpret financial and operational data/reports
Experience of SAP, Oracle ERP & Financials
Strong problem solving, solutions-oriented capabilities (hands-on)
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical, written and oral communication (including presentation) skills
Adaptable to varying cultures and working with global and regional stakeholders
Process-oriented and continuous improvement focused
Strong ability to influence and to challenge the decision process
