Your essential responsibilities include:

Gain working knowledge of existing oracle CPQ application and general applications with which CPQ will normally be integrated with.

Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to Customers when required

Assisting with systems integrations

Managing tickets and requests for the application queues.

Ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date.

Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures.

Identifying and resolving technical issues.

Managing coordination across various technical and functional teams.

Preparing maintenance plans, patching plans and upgrading schedules for the organization's systems.

Developing reports for teams across the IT and business.

Qualifications

• Have a 4-year college degree in Computer Science or an engineering field.

Have a 4-8 years hands on experience in support, development, design with the at least 2.5 years on Oracle CPQ.

• Someone with proven earlier experience of being able to execute all responsibilities defined in responsibilities section.

Someone with skills across Commerce, approvals, configuration, integration, Document designer and general configuration management of Oracle (Bigmachines) CPQ.

• An individual who has proven experience in communications and coordination with application users, functional teams and other system teams.

• An organized person with skills in creating reports for assessing trends, problems, root cause analysis, service interruptions and updates."
• Aware of key functions across configure, price, quoting, agreements, CRM, ERP etc.
