Team Lead/project Manager (e-commerce Division) Job in E2m Solutions

E2M is looking for Team Lead/Project Manager (E-commerce Division) who will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to end, supervising and guiding the team through the conceptualization and development process, ensuring timely delivery, lead the team of designers and developers and have great communication.

Responsibilities

• Managing WordPress, Shopify and Bigcommerce projects.
• Coordinate with team members for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Working with client to understand the requirements and provide solutions.
• Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments
• Provide estimation/Quotes
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Take Weekly progress call with clients
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years experience as project manager.
• Beneficial if have experience in ecommerce projects.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge of project management tools like Clickup, Trello, Team work etc
• Ability to solve problems
