1. Provide customer support to website visitors over the phone and email
2. Use consultative sales approach to help inbound customers make purchasing decisions and up sell
3. Establish relationships with new and returning customers through phone and email outreach and assist them with purchasing offered packages
4. Develop expertise regarding products available for purchase
5. Achieve objectives related to monthly sales revenue, customer satisfaction and additional metrics as provided
6. Provide exceptional Customer Service for E-Startup India Marketplace customers
Requirements:
1. Previous sales experience working with customers/clients
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Excellent multi-tasker
5. Superior customer service skills and Strong computer skills
Salary : 1,75,000 to 2,40,000 LPA + Incentives
Qualification : B.COM / BBA / M.com / MBA / Law / Mass
