Job Description: Job Description SailPoint IIQ Developer The SailPoint IIQ Developer with SoD SME is responsible for the ongoing support and service maturity of the IAM program. Must have experience with SailPoint IIQ design/developing/maintaining SoD and the following capabilities/functions within the platform and IAM service as a whole. Lifecycle Manager Compliance Manager Application On-Boarding Access Request Automated Provisioning Password Management Workflows Quicklinks and custom forms Segregation of Duties Requesting, obtaining, reviewing, and analysing a variety of artefacts including process maps, standard operating procedures, role entitlement information. Develop and understand SOD matrices and document SOD controls in a consistent manner. Develop SOD rules and policies based on business analysis and stakeholder consultation. Provide subject matter expertise to key stakeholders on matters relating to Identity & Access Management and/or Segregation of Duties. Implement SOD policies. Connectors and Integrators Participate in and/or lead user acceptance testing and bug-related engineering efforts. What You Will Do Must be able to read, write and modify Java code and a solid understanding of REST and SOAP API s Must be able to design & develop new application integrations. Must have experience in Custom Workflows, Rules, Rule Libraries, Policies, Roles Creation, Reports, and Tasks. Must have code management experience on GitHub etc. Should have a good understanding of java development and debugging experience. Should be able to understand SailPoint API, Java APIs, libraries, methods, and XML. Should be familiar with application servers such as Tomcat. Should be familiar with application Audits and Logs. Should have a good understanding of RDMS and SQL queries. Performs security analysis with business and technology partners to ensure technology solutions and workflows are compliant with internal requirements and regulatory guidelines Build access management roles working with the business to ensure alignment of entitlements Works with our clients staff and Business application support and external vendors to support IAM technologies and integration with business systems Maintain solution documentation for ongoing maintenance and support of service With guidance from the Technical IAM Associate Manager participate in the application onboarding process Collaborate with application and business owners to ensure roles and entitlements are assigned appropriately according to business need Maintain solution documentation for ongoing maintenance and support of service Provide second level support and on call support. Troubleshoot and remediate advanced application issues Analyze impact of IT environment changes and upgrades on IAM/PAM/Authentication services coordinating testing and change management Participate in the development, execution and documentation of test plans Collaborate with business and application role owners to ensure ongoing reconcilement of functional access analysis against the changing business needs Identify privileged entitlements/roles and use assignment rules, policies, security controls reporting and alerting capabilities to bring risk down to an acceptable level Collaborates in the development of processes and procedures when implementing changes Automation of repetitive tasks Perform third-level analysis and investigation of security access incidents, requiring a sound understanding of the supporting technologies. Reliably escalate those incidents that are of a higher than routine risk and technical complexity. Assigns security incidents that cannot be directly resolved to the responsible team with the appropriate access and authority. Corrects errors causing security incidents and records action taken to resolve/correct the situation, often involving complex technical and security issues. Background or experience with technology risk management / audit Background in banking and general understand how internal banking processes operate Experience required with: Data and business analysis Sailpoint IIQ and technical controls implementation (segregation of duties risks and conflicts, preventative and detective segregation of duties controls experience preferred)* Change management including authorisation, development, testing, and deployment of policies* Attention to detail and applied consistency across work Analyse and explain solution options for toxic combinations in business process activity. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to ensure the business and technical stakeholders are aligned. Supporting the supply and demand of IAM services to large varied and complex SOD requirements. Providing end-user support and IAM (SOD rules/SOD Matrix) solution training as required. Communication and interpersonal and team collaboration for effective stakeholder engagement and management Certifications Good to have a SailPoint IIQ certification. Good to have any Security certification
