Job Summary
As a Senior Software Engineer - II, you'll develop solutions that can be leveraged broadly and are seen as an expert in one or more technical areas. You could expect to:
- Lead the technical implementation and delivery of large software, addressing: scale, design, performance, reliability and security
- Provide insightful and timely review of technical designs and code for your team
- Lead processes to achieve high availability of applications
- Lead complex production & security related processes
- Contribute to the team's strategic direction and plan the roadmap
- Seek out and implement processes to create efficiency for yourself and your team
- Estimate and manage project timelines and risk
- Participate actively in selecting and developing talent
- Build capacity within the team through team tech talks, guidelines and sharing best case practices
- A minimum of 6+ years in software development
- Bachelor's or a Master's Degree in Computer Science
