City Store Operations Manager/ Warehouse Lead Job in Dunzo Digital Private Limited

Responsibilities: Leads all stores in the city. Manages Area Managers and reports into City lead Manage a team of Area Managers along with dotted line reporting for all stores and WH. Customer obsessed and focussed on delivering the products to the user in a shortest and fastest way Tool deployment and picker training Maintain quality and fulfillment at each store Hiring, managing and retaining warehouse staff and Store/ Area Managers Work towards key metrics related to revenue of stores, cost optimization, process optimization, and operational planning Ability to drive decisions with data Have a fire in your belly to get out of your comfort zone and build the business from the ground up Ability to work and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders through strong project management and communication. Operate independently, take ownership and drive results Skills and Qualification: A good understanding of the retail business is an advantage. However, having a strong sense of business is sufficient Strong operations management skills, interpersonal communication skills - Ability to work with multiple stakeholders Ability to use data to drive decisions is a must
