A day in the life of our Senior Software Engineer (MSBI Developer):

A Senior Microsoft Business Intelligence (MSBI) developer with deep understanding of SQL, data analytics and hands-on ETL and Reports development experience using SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI.

Working on projects using Microsoft SQL Server Business Intelligence stack Integration Services (SSIS), Analysis Services (SSAS), Reporting Services (SSRS)and Power BI and other related technologies to support all business streams
Connecting and automating data sources, along with building visualizations.
Developing, maintaining, and testing existing solutions
Utilize your strong knowledge of enterprise data warehouse design, development, and administration to build out analytic processes
Design, develop, and deploy ETL and ELT solutions and enhance the run time efficiency, data aggregation processes of existing data warehouses and processes.
Create clear, detailed, concise documentation architecture diagrams, presentations, and design documents

We want you to have:

Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related course.
Should have minimum of at least 5+ years of experience designing and developing data solutions using Microsoft BI Stack SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI
Data discovery, visualization and reporting experience using Power BI, SSRS will be a big plus
Hands on Power BI Power Query, Data Management Gateway, SSAS Tabular Connector
Knowledge of tabular OLAP, including PowerPivot and SSAS Tabular mode.
Experience developing solutions in a Microsoft SQL Server environment using SQL, T-SQL stored procedures, T-SQL functions.
Migration experience in lift and shift of on-premises SSIS to Azure Data Factory, SSAS to Azure Analytics services will be a big plus
Knowledge on Azure SQL DW. Understanding of when to use Azure SQL DW vs Azure SQL Server/DB and loading patterns
